My husband purchased hearing aids at the store about a year-and-a-half ago. They have worked very well. We had problems with two of them. They wound up replacing them. Just 20 cost for shipping. The man their works very hard at making sure that you get the best use out of your hearing aids. We go in every few months. He checks out my husband's ears to be sure there's no wax buildup. Then he checks out the hearing aids to be sure they're still functioning properly. They have been a real life saver for us both.

The office is small and easy to miss, but once you find them the service is great. The audiologist goes above and beyond to be sure you are comfortable and that your hearing aids are the best fit for you. Follow ups are met with the same level of friendly concern as your first pre-sale visit.

What a wonderful experience! My mother is 89 years old and has been in and out of so many hearing offices looking for proper care. We have been told \I can't help you\ and/or \I will not touch your hearing aids unless you purchased them here.\ Initially just based on the friendliness and pleasantries of the staff, immediately upon walking into John Vicenti's office we were feeling like we found the place we were searching for. Then, Later, we were sure we did! He spent 3 whole hours with us. From cleaning her ears (which no one else has ever done) to a complete hearing test to cleaning and servicing her \previously purchased\ hearing aids. I cannot put into words how happy my mother and myself were when we left his office. My mom now feels like there IS hope for her and we are actually looking forward to going back for her follow up appointment.
