Mel’s World

Purchased a sectional and a recliner amongst others things and had someone pickup my furniture but the store forgot to give them my recliner after confirming that the person was suppose to be picking up everything. After speaking to the manager they did schedule to have the recliner delivered for free but when I got the recliner it was not the color that I ordered. I ordered a chocolate brown recliner and got a gray looking recliner when I contacted the manager once again she insisted that the recliner is chocolate but it wasn’t so I’m returning it. The only good service I had here was from the employee that helped me pick out the items.

As we go to the bigger stores we tend to forget the stores that are all about the little guy a Big Lots. They got me in and out when I need a new towels and everything along with a new mob when my hot water heater was out.

Good sized store. Good variety. However nothing ever seems to have a price oil it. Need to work on that

You can find most basic household items at Big Lots such as sheets, kitchen utensils, some food, furniture and more. The prices are on par with other local department stores. I searched stores everywhere locally for outdoor folding chairs that were comfortable and found what I wanted at Big Lots. They had two different colors to choose from, they also had additional cushions that were colorful that would fit in the chairs that make the chair even more comfy.

The store closest to me is the Cocoa store. Thar poor store is kinda junky and the entire area including the old parking lot shows it's age and is rough. Therefore, I drive to the Melbourne Big Lots. The Melbourne Big Lots had everything I ordered online. The inventory was neatly stocked. The staff was very nice and the store was clean! I recommend shopping at the Melbourne Big Lots.

It has been awhile since I spent 2 hours in a store. I did today at Big Lots. Every isle had so many different and cool things. I still did not get to the furniture and bedding area. The employees were sweet and funny. Without a doubt I will be back.
