Firstly Mr Arvind Jain was nothing but helpful with his great knowledge. Although I had a pleasant experience with him the only thing that really brought down the rating was one of his receptionists. I think her name is Shona or Shiona or something very similar to that. She was nothing but rude via phone calls and in person at the clinic. She made me feel inconvenient whether or not that was her intention. On other occasions I have dealt with the other receptionist Emily and she was nothing but efficient & made me feel welcomed in all of our interactions. The overall experience was exceptional aside from the one snarky receptionist I mentioned earlier.
