Michelle's personal coaching is specific, directed, and effective. Michelle was recommended to me, as I had been passed up for a promotion at work multiple times over a two-year time period. Michelle guided me on proactive steps to take both personally and professionally. She encouraged me to schedule meetings with my superiors, and provided me with specific strategies to develop an action plan with them for my professional improvement.
