Although I went to the wrong office location initially (I received that address with my appointment confirmation) they were able to get me in at the correct location, even though I was now an hour late. I did feel a bit rushed getting my dermatology issues checked out, but I guess that was to be expected considering the mix up in locations and time delay. I have a follow up in two weeks, so I'll go to the correct location and update then.

Jennifer my dermetologist is so helpful kind and proffesional. Even when coming in to be seen about unplesant issues in unmentionable areas she is professional and compassionate. Beautiful office space as well.

Had an appointment this morning and was not aware they have a new location. Tried to call but the number goes to a remote voicemail system that takes several minutes to navigate. Finally received the new address. Because of this I arrived 12 minutes late due to no courtesy call from the office informing me they had moved. Was told by the receptionist that the practitioner was running twenty minutes late so no problem. Sat there over one hour while everyone with appointments after me was seen. I was clearly being punished for being late. I guess it’s too much to expect a courtesy call from them informing me of their new location. If they would have been up front and honest with me from the start and said they were booked solid and had to reschedule that would have been fine. But to have me sitting there for over an hour in a crowded waiting room in this pandemic environment is unacceptable. There are several other Dermatology offices nearby with real physicians so I’m already seeing another. You are only as good as your customer service and the customer service here is very poor.

While the wait was unbearably long today, Anna was running 1 hour behind for sound medical reasons, so I understood. This doctor’s office remains the most pleasant to work with and I always walk out feeling as though the service I received was worthwhile. Thanks for that!
