A wonderful path on a beautiful and ancient trial. So much history here and signs along the way to educate you as you walk or ride. Dogs welcome and a really nice walk. Plenty of room, and was basically empty on a Saturday afternoon. If you park near the zoo, you can walk foe two miles and turn back for a nice one hour stroll.

Great zoo. Easy to get around. Lots of trees and shade. Like walking through natural habitat.

Excellent Trail, extremely well maintained. The trail winds around a number of small ponds and creeks that have abundant wildlife to observe. There were a number of birds of prey and bird life around the ponds and high in the old oaks. It Runs North and South so there will be shade in the morning and afternoons which is great. Lots of family cyclist, bring a bell along if you're riding a bike. Highly recommend this trail for walking and fitness runs up to 10K if you go the distance and then turn around and return back to your start point.

Beautiful boardwalk that goes for about a mile then paved walking path. This trail does not come around in a circle.
