This place is amazing! I called at a very busy time, with a not easy to fill request, and asked to have it delivered that day to a Hospice facility for a family member. I live in Kalamazoo MI and wanted a local florist. Tony was patient, efficient, understanding, and helpful. After some glitches with phones and my credit card, he took the order and promised to do his best to have them delivered that afternoon (i had called around 1:30). They were delivered at 5:48 and they are gorgeous! If you want real customer service and beautiful flowers, this is your place!
