We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and the quality still exists. The service is always great. The staff genuinely makes sure we l are always happy and satisfied. They seem to take great pride in knowing that we are taking care of. The hotel recently went through renovations and I love everything they have done. The lobby feels cozy, the outside area now has a cool gazebo for hangouts, and the gym is well equipped with new weights. The rooms are clean and smell great. I am definitely returning whenever I am back in the area.

Average room for price. Rooms are decent size with full size refrigerator and little kitchen area. Free parking. Slightly dated but everything you expect is in the room. Bed was not very comfortable.

For a 110 a night, it is disgusting. The smell in the room was awful. I asked for a laundry bag (that usually you get in the room), the guy at the reception told me that they were out and gave me a garbage bag. The room was not cleaned every day. Again for a 110 a night. It felt and looked that I was staying in some extended motel for 275 a week. After I moved to Holiday inn for 89 a night, and way better service than that. Will never stay there again nor will recommend to my worst enemy.

As of 12/2020, the hotel/suite is under renovation. It is one of those quiet tucked-away place. If one put away his/her high horse attitude, this place is suitable. It is clean. It is equipped with a small kitchen plus refrigerator. They do not provide complimentary snacks/meals (no big deal). It is is equipped with a small work out room. Staff is friendly and helpful. Again, this is a suitable place only for those who aren't bougie, want reasonable price and peace.

I want to start with they are remodeling. So, I am trying to do the review with that in mind. First I want to say it looks like after the remodel the hotel will be great. The first thing I do when I get into a hotel is look at bedding for signs of bedbugs! Being a mom and once staying in a hotel with bedbugs and living that nightmare I go in and do a thorough inspection. I can say the bedding was FRESH and there were no bedbugs! That’s the main thing for us always Next I want to mention the new gentleman at the counter was amazing and bent over backwards for all who came in. He had to run the front and assist other guest at their rooms Also, I want to mention the room is pet friendly! So, I honestly have two small issues: The first was the AC. The AC if you get the bedroom (with door) rooms it does not reach in there and heat from hall seeped in. It may not be an issue for all but I have a child with a rare disease and is allergic to heat. Lastly, my issue was though the important parts of the room was clean like bedding (THANK GOD) there was a few spots they missed the remote and tv stand had a sticky strawberry daiquiri smell stain to it. It felt like sap. The table too had not been cleaned it had actual dirt in it with some micro ants... but I just cleaned that myself it’s Covid times so I just didn’t want to ask the poor man manning the downstairs by himself

I loVe this place I stayed here a few months and the staff is amazing! Front desk Melissa is a sweetheart and is very attentive. They are remodeling the first floor now so I can't wait to see the improvements when I get back. The rooms are very spacious with full kitchen. The stove will cook most things but doesn't get too hot. All on all great staff and building!

Very little in our room worked from microwave, coffee pot. Ice maker limited chairs in kitchen, only 1 for 2 guests. Place looked old and in need of upgrade and care. We have used this brand before but by far the worse we have been in. The upside was the laundry area with lots of washers and dryers. I hope they are upgrading the hotel.

Perfect place #1 12 stars...if you are staying somewhere else....your over paying...10/31/2020 (R) 426 perfect view of the bridge....we are coming back for Thanksgiving...booked
