Updated, clean hotel, with a very nice atmosphere, and proximity to the beach as well as shopping & dinning. My only complaints are, 1- I saw nothing about 10/day parking at the hotel, and 2- When I make a reservation for 4, and the advertisement says "Breakfast Included" I naturally assume that is Breakfast for Everyone. This was not the case. When I asked at the front desk, I was informed that only 2 breakfasts are included with each reservation. That would have been good info to know when making the reservation. Overall, it has been a great experience!

We stayed here three nights this past week, and will definitely be back again. A beautiful view of the ocean from our 5th floor room with a wrap around balcony. The suite was wonderful, though I wish there had been a door to the bedroom to afford a bit more privacy. We had a second room booked for the rest of our party but didn’t realize it would be in a different building. The staff worked with us to move the rest of our party into the same building, all be it a different floor but it worked out great. You walk right out of the hotel and right down to the beach. You can’t beat that ! Breakfast buffet on Saturday morning with a very attentive staff. Thanks Lani. The only issue was some yahoo at the bar howling at the moon Saturday night. A quick call to the front desk took care of that problem. Parking was tight on Saturday night and had to park across the street. Was nervous about that at first but that parking lot is right next to the Fire Station. We will be staying again !
First night here right on the ocean. Down fall. Pay to park at hotel amost10a night plus pay for your room. My phone in room isn't working to call office with questions I had. This is owned by holiday inn so if you do your holiday points that's why we re trying here also
We enjoyed the pool and delicious food. The rooms could have been bigger and cleaner. Especially the carpet. Ugh so nasty. We had a blast though. Loved being close to the beach
We had an oceanfront room with an amazing view! Definitely worth the extra money! Everything was recently updated and I thought very clean! Beach right out the back or you have the pool option as well. Fitness center could use a little help but at least you can use the outdoors when the weather is nice. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Clean, beautiful hotel! King suite was newly renovated and perfect for my stay with friends! Bartenders were great. Professional. Servers in the afternoon/evening seemed scattered. We waited a very long time for someone to approach our table when the tables next to us were being served. We ended up going inside to bar at first, then a server greeted us. She was very helpful and we had a pleasant time with appetizers and drinks for a few hours. The next morning we also had an unprofessional experience with a male waiter. His approach was quite abrupt when we apparently sat in another couple's table. There were no drinks or coffee at the table, just place settings. We were checking out anyway so we ate breakfast elsewhere. This was my fourth stay here and the only time I had a problem with the restaurant service. It will not hinder me from staying here again.
I'm sorry to say it was not at all what I expected. If it wasn't for the fact that we're spending a lovely weekend celebrating my girlfriend's birthday, we would have turned around. It was very crowded it was not very clean and I did not get what I thought I paid for and when I tried to change rooms there were none available they were fully booked during covid. To each his own. Very disappointing outside of wonderful company and great times outside of the hotel.
