Since moving to Melbourne 3 years ago, this is the only shop we have ever used. Since our first visit, there was no reason to ever go out and look for alternative pawn services. Staff is great! Always nice, more than fair, fast, and non-discriminatory. An emergency had come up unfortunately on a Sunday and had to look look for some extra cash and decided to sell my old phone. Went around multiple shops since this was closed appraising and the best offer I got was 175 on a practically new phone in the box... I knew this wasn’t right and decided to come to dealer pawn the next day and got 300 no problem! Definitely recommend for ALL your needs. Side note - Ignore these 1-star reviews. They’re completely untrue. I can’t even picture the staff being “rude”. One of the girls that left 1 star has like twenty 1-star reviews for various companies. Only 5-star she gives is for her defense attorney, marijuana dispensary, and doctor’s office (notorious for over-prescribing narcotics) Some people just cannot be pleased!

I lived in Melbourne over 10 years ago and stumbled upon Dealer Pawn when looking for a 14k gold chain and haven't had to look any place else since. I moved to Orlando since then and yet, this is the ONLY pawn shop that I will purchase from and/or trust. I make frequent visits down to Melbourne to see if I can find a one-of-a-kind item that noone in Orlando has seen before and it never fails (if only you knew). Alex and Frank are always there, always willing to go the extra mile for you and have worked with me on many many many many different occasions with my jewelry purchases in ensuring that I was completely satisfied! The repair man is on-site and does really good work and is very very courteous. I'm actually on my way down this morning and was checking the hours of operation and kicked myself for not having left a review after all these years. It never ceases to amaze me what I stumble upon when I walk through their door and when I return to Orlando, it remains my little secret. Long story short, any review on Dealer Pawn less than 5 stars, the reviewer must've just been having a bad day! Thanks Alex & Frank!

Raise your hand if decent, trustworthy, and understanding are the first things that come to mind when you hear pawn shop. This place and these two gentlemen will make it so. They worked with me in order to help me keep my items during this crazy time. Incase you are wondering, it wasn't in their interest to work with me. My items were worth far more than the little interest they were getting from my pawn. They were always polite and fair even when I was struggling. I am a customer for life. Look no further if you want to be treated with respect and rest easy knowing your doing business with two amazing gentlemen.

These guys are the best. Seriously. They give top dollar loans. They work with their customers, such as not charging extra for an extension. There've even been times I was short a little, and they gave me a \discount\ and allowed me to retrieve my items even though I didn't have exactly what the pawn slip said I owed. Another time, they gave me a second loan on an item I already had in with them. Like I'd taken a loan out in my watch. A week later I was in a bind and called them up. They let me have a secondary loan on the watch, so I didn't have to take another item and start a new process. Like I said, they'll do anything they can to help you out. Super cool people. 5 stars. Only place I'll ever go for a loan in Brevard county. The few people who are giving them bad reviews are either mad because Alex wouldn't a) give them 5,000 loan on a CZ ring worth 4.99 or he called them out on stolen gear. Stuff like that. Last thing- the store is full of cool stuff. They have almost everything you could possibly think of. Definitely worth checking out.
