Booked a facial for me, my mom and sister-in-law the week before our appointment. My mom and I live in Virginia. This is always my favorite spa! I crave to go here! Samantha was amazing and gave the best facial massage! I never feel rushed here. The atmosphere is tranquil and extremely comfortable. I wish they were in Richmond, Virginia!

I JUST got off the phone with Christie and she is phenomenal. Everyone there goes out of there way to make me feel special and important and appreciated. Victoria, Dennis, Christie, who is manning the phones, everyone working the front desks . Cheers to you all! I forgot the name of the wonderful hair stylist from last time but she was outstanding. Everyoneone is. I know I am forgetting names ( like an Oscar speech) . Its the one happy place I have in COVID. I don't ever really treat myself but I sure do at Essentials.
