Did a great job cleaning my clothes

I've had it with this place. They're close by so I've looked passed mediocrity, but am now willing to drive further for better service. The lady that works at this location looks as if I'm the greatest inconvenience of her day every time I walk in - I can deal with this though. A few months ago they somehow melted a random button onto a new dress shirt, and while they eventually replaced the shirt, it took about 4 weeks - the owner (who was out of town hence the delay) resolved the issue handily when he got back). When I would inquire each week when I picked up the clothes though, the lady at this location would always tell me she had no idea the status of my claim and acted like it was rude of me to ask. But I got the shirt replaced and was willing to continue with the mediocrity. Today, leaving work late, I called to ask what time they close, she said 7 and I told her thanks that I was headed in. I got to the door at 6:59 and she looked at me through the door like "tough luck." Looking incredulous, I pointed to my watch and she mouthed "SEVEN OH ONE" - it wasn't 7 yet, but she pointed to some rickety clock on the wall as proof. I stood there with my arms out for about 20 seconds and she finally opened the door, let me pay her and gave me my clothes. She scoffed and gave me dirty looks as she went through the labor of swiping my card and pushing a button to get my shirts around the carousel. I've never felt so unwelcomed or experienced such poor customer service. I have averaged well over 100 a month here for the last 7 months - I'm finally willing to drive the extra couple of miles for someone that isn't so inconvenienced to receive my business.
