The staff at the Express Outlet Store in Melbourne FL are very rude and un-professional. Especially Lindsey, they target certain people and follow them around the store like if they are going to steal from the store. They have 2 entrances but most of time one of them is closed which is technically a fire hazard. Someone should report them to the fire marshal. The staff is not helpful and the prices are overpriced compared to the online and the regular Express Stores. That’s kind of ridiculous since they are a factory outlet and supposedly their prices should be better. The quality of their clothing is poor compared to the regular Express store. When asked they basically said if you don’t like the prices, shop online. I feel discriminated every time I go in there. They make rude remarks in front of their customers and don’t care because they are not held accountable for their behavior. Next time, you go in there. Pay attention and you will see what I mean.
I had a wonderful experience working with these people. There professionalism and encouragement has really left in impact on me and my family. Would definitely recommend.
Nice clothing just outside of my budget. One of my favorite jackets here and it's lasted a lot longer than my last one. Best time to shop here is holidays or when they have sales. For me at least.
Gotta have shoes get fancy
Went in store today staff was very rude no greeting when came in store. Associates stood and talked to each other while I was trying to look and stayed where they were and would not move knowing full aware that I was there. I have never been treated with so much disrespect in one store honestly makes want not shop with company any more that allows this kind of behavior. I guess I will be taking my business else where.
