Renting my office from Federico and Valerie was a wonderful experience. You can not find two business people so accommodating and responsive. The building is a historic landmark in Melbourne, and is undergoing a major renovation. It's beautiful with its hard wood floors, big windows and 24/7 accessibility. The location is perfect for hosting visitors and I have enjoyed stepping out of my office and going around town. Great shops, restaurants and micro breweries are all within three block area. The large conference room is available on a reservation basis and is perfect for large size meetings. The rental rates are very reasonable for the area and is what attracted me there in the first place. Having my business located in the Flat Iron Building has been a good experience for me. I highly recommend it!

Best space downtown. The building has the character and charm still remaining in historic buildings. The owners / landlords are truly genuine and do what's best to help their tenants succeed in business ventures by keeping the property maintained and improving the building, all while keeping aesthetics true to the characteristics of an historic landmark. Best building in downtown! Love it!

I've been working at Flatiron Building since 2015 September. It has been nothing but the best experience. The management is friendly and kind. Common areas are always superb clean. The building is situated right in the heart of Melbourne Historic Downtown. Highly recommend!!
