Suntree Wickham Rd location: The support staff was friendly and efficient. I had significant difficulty communicating my medical history and treatment plan with the Physician Assistant. I found her to be a bit confrontational. I left feeling misunderstood, confused and disappointed. I would not recommend.

The medical assistant was more thorough and respectful than the NP. Disappointed in her bedside manner. It was a consultation but it was super rushed and I expected a more thoughtful approach since nurses are usually caring. 2 stars given only bc the office staff and medical assistant were super polite and respectful.

I have been coming here for about 5 years and have always had good service. I see PA Bassford and she is very knowledgeable and friendly. The wait time is always minimal and I am usually in and out in 30 minutes.

Waited over an hour past my apt time. Finally saw Elmer for about 30 seconds, then waited 15 more minutes for what they wanted to bill me for services. I was there for over an hour and a half, which really sucked to waste my time. I decided to leave without treatment, then they wanted to charge me anyways. Not cool, not professional, would not recommend them.

I saw Physician's Assistant (PA) Janette Gluck to have some moles and skin tags examined and removed, and a wart and separate rash on my hand checked out. Janette is a huge asset to this dermatology office. She was extremely professional. Very knowledgeable. Fantastic bedside manner. We had a great chat while she was working on me, which helped distract me from the smell of my burning flesh from the cautery where skin tags, moles, and warts were removed. Very little pain after, only a small amount of discomfort. I'm 36 years old and I've seen a few dermatologists in different parts of the country where I have lived, and Janette provided the best dermatology experience I've had thus far. I would highly recommend her and by extension Florida Dermatology Associates, despite the Bible pushing (healing for the soul?) the owner is doing in the lobby.
