My experience was great. The place was very clean and had all areas of safety in place. Entire staff from the time they greeted me and until I left was very nice and pleasant. Hallie was very thorough while giving me the initial testing. Also she was very knowledgeable. The doctor was also very good. He doesn't rush and is very thorough in going over my exam and explaining his recommendations. Very pleased with entire experience and recommend them highly. This will always be my go to facility.

I had to re-establish myself with a local audiologist in the Melbourne area after moving back to Palm Bay from East TN. My old audiologist had sold his practice and retired. I did my homework and decided to go to Florida Eye Associates Hearing Center. I was totally pleased with my first visit and Jodi was so helpful in checking with my current hearing aid manufacturer for repairs that had been made to one of my hearing aids in the past year. She sent one of them back for repair/tune-up. Excellent customer service by the other young lady who's name I did not get, as well. I look forward to a long relationship with them for my hearing care needs.

Dr Wiesner is a wonderful doctor and Florida eye institute rocks it was very clean, nicely spaced for the covid and everyone in there was very professional and extremely nice I would highly recommend it to anyone

Be careful with this place. They might say you are covered by your insurance and tell you no copay when it isnt true. Billing dept very unprofessional. Our family is going to find another eye center even though we have been patients there for a few years. I guess they have so many patients they dont care about losing some.
