Excellent customer service and trustworthy! Mike did our estimate and helped us save money, he is friendly and very professional. He answered all of our questions and responded quickly. We were nervous because we had never used a moving company before and Mike reassured us and made us feel comfortable, thank you Mike! On moving day the crew was on time and moved quickly, Ish was friendly and has a great sense of humor. He is compassionate about his work and cares about the people he moves. On delivery everything went smooth and it was nice to see Ish again, we shared some laughs and they reassembled the furniture where we wanted- total professionals. If you are nervous (like we were) and looking for the best moving company in Florida use Florida Moving Systems. From the beginning of our move to delivery of our belongings they were there for us supplying us with moving boxes and packing paper (free) and answering all questions and concerns. We recommend them highly and would use them again in a heartbeat!
The guys did an outstanding job protecting and moving our furniture, including a pool table. They were friendly, on-time, and the price was good for the work they did. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a move!
After 5 International moves, we needed a simple in-state move. We interviewed several local movers whose bottom line was a moving target. No pun intended. When we finally had a moving date with a very short window, most of the small companies were booked. One of the companies passed our name to FMS and they called us. Meeting with Mike DePalma put me at ease immediately. Since Jerry recently had a stroke, I needed professional packers to help pack our household goods, not just the big furniture items. The small companies expected me to pack all the dishes, glassware, clothing, etc. And, their price was the same as FMS. Due to logistics with the closings on the sale and purchase of homes, it was necessary to have an extra day of storage. With FMS, the first night was gratis and the second night cost 25! The small companies wanted 250 storage and they would have to unload and reload our belongings since they needed to use their small trucks for other jobs. FMS used a huge semi-trailer so they only had to load and unload once. It was just as slick as an international move!
