Florida Pain is a Corporate office and it shows! How is a child with zero life experience a pain management Doctor? A good pain management Dr takes more than book smarts & daddies pocket book.

These reviews are totally accurate! This place is horrible and treats patients like garbage. I went thru withdrawals waiting for them to give my insurance a pre auth that they had requested. No one knew anything about it. The insurance pays but we all know that this is a common thing for insurance to ask for! The withdrawals were terrible and over a weekend but they had waited weeks for a doctor to do this but they didn't so I suffered the consequences! Stay away. You can read the reviews. People leave them to help others. You can't complain if you ignore what's in writing.

My husband had epidural injections/facet blocks for pain related to Spinal Stenosis. The first facet block provided relief, but his pain increased and he complained of "just don't feel good" after the second Facet block. He called the clinic and went for an appointment, but was not evaluated. His medication doses were increased. His condition continued to deteriorate to the point he could not hold a cup or ambulated without assistance. After a few weeks, he ended up in the ER and admitted to ICU for a week with MRSA. sepsis. He required shoulder surgery x 2 to clean out an abscess that formed in his shoulder and bicep as a result of the sepsis. He required IV antibiotics every day for 6 months followed by by oral antibiotics for 3 months. A torn rotator cuff that existed before the sepsis is now unreoairable due to scar tissue from the sepsis. He has impaired renal function from the antibiotics that were required, he was unable to work for 6 months, and we have incurred tremendous medical expense. This is a result of poor sterile technique at the pain management clinic, no precautions that should have been taken since he has no spleen (although they were aware) and the physician being more interested in prescribing excessive amounts of pain medication than listening to the patient and looking for the cause of the symptoms. I would never use this facility again

These people did NOTHING for my mother. She has degenerative bone disease and was referred here because her doctor stopped wanting to write her scripts. All the guy wanted to do was give injections (which she's had done before and were no help). That would have cost 600 for the procedure and 80 per injection that we don't have. My mother is in pain 24/7 and needs her meds to have any semblance of a normal life. This appt was a waste of 240.

In the beginning I got my new patient appointment and took the drug screen and was told to come back in a week for my medication.. When I came back in a week they told me they could not write it due to the tests taking 2 weeks to come back.. So got another appt for the following week and received my medication **(80 co pay each time, would have been nice if they didn't schedule me that 2nd time but with other reviews that seems common)** Always waited a long time on visits.. Also, be very careful with your urine tests through them.. They "lost" mine one month, which I believe was to try to just make me pay again the following month... And then mixed mine up with someone elses due to them letting you take it whenever and place it with other patients tests and other patients that need to take it without any staff in sight.. If the tests are so important why don't they look after it better and not allow anyone to do whatever they want while the staff is off with someone else.. Then kick you out without being able to retest even with those bad practices...

My mother waited over an hour to see the doctor for a scheduled procedure. The office closed at 5pm and while waiting for the doctor to finish with my mom I was forced to wait outside in the heat.

I can't comment on quality of care, but the online appointment system does not work. Submitted information and followed up a few days later only to be told by person answering phone that they have no idea where those submissions go.

I've waited over a week just to get an appointment set up. Every time I call there is another excuse to why they can't set it up.
