I have had great professional and emotional support with this group. They are always available to answers your questions and find the right treatment for each individual. Thank you Mike Thomas, Dr. Esposito, and the entire staff!

Thank you so much for forcing me to wait in the lobby and parking lot as you sedate my brother, I absolutely love being held against my will and be not allowed to drive my car to run other errands as you have this wonderful policy in place.

My wife is a patient if Dr Nguyen. She had 2 lumbar cortisone injection for lower back/left leg pain. Unfortunately, no significant relief. She feels comfortable working with her doctor and trusts that after the 3rd injection relief may be obtained. No complaint here, BUT the front desk staff is inconsiderate and even rude, as well as lacking knowledge about customer service and billing information. A another customer and my wife stood in front of the desk for a good 5 minutes, being ignored by Tammy, who was on the computer (not the phone). No signal was given by staff to acknowledge her presence. She finally sat down and waited another 5 minutes to hear the staff member call over for her name. It's a pain clinic and people find it hard to stand for a prolonged time. A brief moment of eye contact and a friendly \I'll be right with you\ would have been an appropriate way to greet a patient. Lack of knowledge about billing is another issue. Brenda P appeared to assist Tammy answering question, but was very unfriendly, even rude. My wife will contact their immediate supervisor and if no success, their head office. Front desk staff are the first contact with patients and set the tone to the establishment. They need to remember, people come there because the are in pain. A friendly face and expedient service is a prerequisite. Train your staff in customer service!!

Great experience that really helped! Dr. Esposito is just the best. After a brief wait, I was given great care, and the doctor fixed me right up. The wonderful nursing staff - Megan, and the other young lady whose name escapes me - were superb, and it all wrapped up with Kenny at the desk! Great place, great people. My only suggestion is that this practice may want to consider aligning the exercise sheets better in the copier (the left side of the sheet is partly obscured). Other than that, it was great.
