Im the maintenance manage for the Lowman Building in Seattle Washington. Its a 10 floor, 89 unit apartment complex. We've had a bathtub flood on the 5th floor...water made it through 12 units and the retail space on the sub floor. Mold and mildew is nothing you want to let build, grow and have spores floating around. You can get sick and have several other issues. Four Sacred understands the importance of identifying problem areas and cleaning molds as possible. Mold starts with moisture. Using equipment they can scan sections of your building and see potential problem areas before mold even grows. Point I'm making is, identifying a mold problem is best when caught early on...before its visible to the naked eye. This will help avoid health problems. I recommend anyone concerned about mold to have their structure inspected today. I'm glad we had our building inspected!
