Horrible, Just called to get the address for my husbands appointment tomorrow after waiting 3 mths for this appt, my husband has growths on his liver so he needs to be seen by a specialist. Well the receptionist told me they left a message on Oct 1st asking to move the appt. I never got the call. No one called back ever or try again. I voiced how upsetting this was. She told me I can either make another appt or go elsewhere, not one apology.. and as I am talking to her she hung up on me and will not answer the phone back.. As I am a receptionist also so I know the proper way to talk to people, this is the worst professional person I have ever came across. If you call don't get Brittany she has zero empathy or compassion. Not one im sorry, just plain rudeness she could careless if this practice has clients, or shes just mad she has to work the day after xmas, or shes just a miserable person I have no idea.
