I went here to get a fade because everyone else is closed on a sunday. The barber I had had absolutely no clue how to use a pair of clippers and was confused on what a low fade was. Instead she thought it would be a good idea to make a line going around my head just above my ear and ask me if there's anything else she can do. So that was a waste of the 5 minutes she took to cut my hair and 15 for a completely garbage haircut. I highly recommend you do not go here.

This was my first experience with Great Clips and I’m super happy with my haircut. I like that you check-in online and there’s no appointment. My wait time was approximately 10 minutes. Excellent service and an awesome stylist. I highly recommend this place for a great haircut at a very reasonable price.
Checked in online for my two kids to receive haircuts. Ended up walking out after I was told my 3 year old was mandated to wear a mask and belittled with “It’s on the big sign out front.” Corporate confirmed that anyone over the age of 2 must wear a mask. Haha! These people obviously don’t have young kids. After being a loyal Great Clips customer for many years, I’ll be giving someone else our business.
Needed a haircut and decided to make an appointment online. Showed 15 minutes later and sat down immediately. Sharmane (sp?) Cut my hair perfectly. I will definitely be coming back
This is the 2nd time we came here. We checked in online and it states the estimated wait time and both times it was double the time when we were actually seen. For example, today it was 23 nin wait and we waited 40. Not giving them a third chance.
