I took a 1990 auto in for tires (Special order) A/C update. I requested they look over all rubber hoses etc for rot. They did. They found rot. They called first. They replaced. The car runs like it did in 1990. Very happy.
Every part of my interaction with GT Service Center was perfect. There was a no-contact drop off in the morning. They called to explain - slowly and clearly - what was found. They completed the effort and I drove off same day. I just moved into the area and to find a reputable auto service place right off the bat was a load off my mind. I’ll definitely be back and I highly recommend GT Service.
Excellent service, really top notch. We contacted them on a Monday about our A/C not working. They said they could take a look at it that day! Unfortunately, we were unable to drop it off until later that evening but luckily they had a drop off option. Before mid day on Tuesday we received a call explaining what was wrong with the A/C with several options on how to address it. The prices are great! Truly! We had read horror stories about A/C repairs and charges but GT was more than fair. We had a part that was still under warranty at a local store and instead of making us gather the kids and doing the trade in, GT did the leg work for us - That is Service! The vehicle was ready on Thursday of the same week. (Only Tuesday-Thursday). We picked it up Friday and it’s as cold as ever. The price was actually lower than originally quoted!? GT kept in communication with us during this entire event. If you need auto repairs look no further!
I cant even tell you how great these guys are. Jay and Esteban are the most down to earth, genuine and incredible people and technicians. They did upper control arm bushings, an alignment and a window regulator on my 2009 maserati quattroporte, which is no easy task. They did a fantastic job at a very good price. My car drives like new again! They are also working on fixing an oil leak in my excursion. These guys know what they are doing. They are professionals through and through, amazing customer service and the job done right, on time and on budget. This is my repair shop for life. Do not hesitate to take your car there. They are honest, fair, and will take great care of you. Thank you guys! A
