Would not recommend this location especially with all the other hotel options in the area. On the second night of my stay, the a/c quit working so it got uncomfortably warm at 2am. When I called the front desk they were super helpful. They said I could sleep in another room then transfer my belongings to the new room the next day. Although I appreciated the solution, my gf was passed out so I decided to tough it out too. We spent the third day at the beach and when we got back to Hampton the a/c was still not working. When I called the front desk they apologized profusely, but said I could not switch rooms because they were completely booked. To make matters worse, the people staying above my room were throwing a party all night. I complained to the front desk at 1am, 2am, and again at 3am; according to them, they were getting complaints from other people too. Finally on my last call I told the front desk that I would call the police if they did not handle the situation. They were able to quiet the party at about 3:30am but it shouldn't take 2.5 hrs to do that. I chose to stay at Hampton for their breakfast, its my favorite in the Hilton chain. The week before this stay, I was at another Hampton property where they had resumed full pre-COVID breakfast; however this Melbourne location only had little bags of COVID breakfast. A granola bar & a muffin are not comparable to eggs, waffles, cereal, juice, etc. I'm sure my experience is not the norm, but I will not stay here again.

Modern rooms with an okay bathroom and tiny pool. The rooms are newly renovated and the beds were comfortable. The rooms had a small mini fridge and an enormous TV. I would have preferred the bathroom shower to be a little more modern style like glass but that's very minor. The outdoor pool is beyond small. any more than three kids in the pool and it would start to feel very very small. I found the customer service to be excellent very friendly and willing to work with you. Even during covid they still had the free hot breakfast just with limited seating.

My room was very nice. The beds are extremely comfortable. The staff' are all very friendly. The breakfasts are nothing more than edible & repetitive. ️ Unfortunately, do to my disability & some non-caring guests, I had to wait for about a half hour each morning to get 'my' breakfast. (Mainly sports teams) (I mean don't cut in line when you see someone patiently waiting.) Because of covid they no longer service rooms but they should, at least, bring sheets and towels to the room & not make the guests constantly fend for themselves. ️ Prices went up and services are almost non-existent. All in all, the hotel and the staff were very nice.

Without a doubt Brad excels when it comes to customer service! Brad made it possible for my family to check in earlier and that was greatly appreciated . Brad was super helpful overall and definitely an asset. Will be returning.

Staff was somewhat friendly but the one thing that really disappointed me was the fact they had cold coffee sitting out in the lobby in the coffee urn both in the late afternoon on a Friday when I first arrived there and even the next morning with 30 minutes left of breakfast service. No one wants to start their cold morning out with coffee that isn’t even hot. Also the tv’s inside the room could be updated, and I had no microwave.

Nice overall experience. Clean, neat, good breakfast. Picky dislikes-Don't like the heavy comforter on the beds (made me sweat) and no exhaust fan in bathroom (foggy mirror).
