Last night, Chelsea, was working the front desk. And, do to what looked like a very over stuffed clothes washer on the 3rd floor, (washer was not working). She went way out of her way to accommodate my weeks worth of clothes, with using the hotels massive equipment. In all my travels I have never been helped out in such a way. And a quick "pat on the back" to the young lady working the "free" breakfast this morning. She kept her cool under the pressure from some of us humans that that seem to take for granted the job she did gracefully. Good job. Thank you all.

The place was nice, good breakfast, and comfortable clean room. For this I give it a 2 star. The you girl GM was horrible. I had a situation where I left my cresit card but had it on my Samsung pay phone. My Samsung Pay has my name on the card. She made it impossible for my to have my reservation. They have two machines that accept samsung pay, Google pay, etc. Through NFC/MST however she said they dont work. But argued that apple pay works and how it works. I worked for Samsung for Years but she argued it. Then gave me a credit card authorization form but then told me nooo. Better go on you hilton honors app. I told her I dont have it. She said download it and add my card. Then she walked away. So I sat there and had to go through the app , while the for was an easier process. She made it so hard for me that it was ridiculous. The other girl was so nice and happy. I'm not sure if life for the GM is stressful and has to walk outside several time to smoke a cigarette and talk on the phone but that is no way to treat a first time customer and a Hilton Honor Member. Where is the suppose honor that Hilton shows to its customers.

Very clean and sanitized rooms! Ample parking. Full breakfast available with great selections. Bed and pillows comfy. We felt safe and welcome here. Staff wearing masks and mandatory mask policy signs throughout building.

What a great hotel. Room was comfy and clean. Concierge was super friendly. I wish I could remember her name though. Only reason for not giving a 5 star was bed was not great and pillows were flat. All else was perfect and thank you for a pleasurable stay. Will use you again.

Beds are rock hard, so I couldn't sleep. Came down to lobby and coffee was cold and it was 5 a.m. asked the red head gal doing breakfast for some fresh coffee she rudely replied "I'll get it by 6". While I understand front desk aren't tour guides, a little eye contact when asking about family friendly beaches wouldn't hurt. I could tell he needed to get his night audit done, but dang . Toilet seat looked like someone has been peeing down the lid instead of the bowl for months. Tiny tvs, hard beds, cold coffee and mediocre staff.
