I feel like I've been scammed! I just got out this place. First thing I told the front desk was that I wanted to be at least evaluated by an Orthopedics, otherwise I didn't want to be go in; I would rather go an make an appointment with a primary physician or Orthopedics directly. She told me that an orthopedic will see me at least for an evaluation. Well, now I have a big bill for nothing. Inside, the general physician after a few questions, told me that they don't have an Orthopedics to see me and I need to go to a primary physician. EMERGENCY ROOM! It should be called tragedy room, since If they don't see bleeding involve or you haven't been part of an accident, your pain doesn't matter.

I came in with a persistent nonhealing burn wound to my legs, below the knees. The lady Doctor, whose name I cant remember that night. As well as the nursing staff who just cared so much about me was just incredible!!! They where so caring and gentle, and continued to come by and check on me to see if I was comfortable why they awaited my transfer to Orlando burn center. This Doctor and those nurses took such great care of me, and there are no words that could tell them how much I appreciate what they did for me that morning! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!!!!

In 2014 I was in and out of the ER until my gastroenterologist found that I had gastroparesis and had to have a bypass done to be able to eat. All my experiences with the doctors and staff have always been very good. I recommend this hospital to many people. We have most of our doctors at this hospital.

While on vacation I had to make a trip to the hospital & I am so glad we went to this one! I was not feeling the best so I don’t remember names, but the staff did an excellent job taking care of me. As soon as they pulled me back the dr was waiting in the room to figure out what was wrong. He set up a game plan and kept me updated. The nurse did an amazing job getting my comfortable and handling my chief complaint. I am a nurse myself, and I was extremely impressed with how thorough they were when explaining the procedures and what they were doing. And I can’t forget how fast they were! Having to spend any vacation time at the hospital sucks but being able to get in and out within an hour saved me on precious time! If we ever need the hospital again while I’m Melbourne, I will definitely be going to this one! Thank you for everything you guys do!
