Nice hotel. Good location for Florida Tech and the beach. Lots of food choices nearby. I took a star of because of the plastic wrap on the smoke detector. I hope it was someone just messing around and in the rest of the rooms.

My wife and I chose this hotel over others for several reasons.... Number one, we have come to expect extra efforts for safety protocols from Hilton over the competition. Number two, this location, like other Hilton properties has staff that goes out of their way to insure everything reasonably possible to make your stay special, is accomplished. Number three, our room was not only extra-clean, it was spacious, making it possible for both of us to work, eat and even relax in comfort after a long day in the field. Lastly, although we had no time to take advantage of these features, this property has well-maintained (lighted) tennis courts, a sizable pool and deck area for guests to feel comfortable and safe in, along with well-maintained grounds, an excellent restaurant and separate bar to provide a quality-respite from a long-day's work in the field.
It was nice and clean hotel. I enjoyed the gym by myself and it was cleaned. The only bad part is the pool area. You have to walk back 5i the hotel if you want to use the restroom. Otherwise customer service was good and it's very convenient to shops and restaurants.
Very good service and clean for a older hotel. Needs some updates but still overall great experience. Highly Recommended if in the Melbourne FL area.
Towels were left under the sink from previous guest. There was no one available for in room dinning when I called. Bartender was rude. Front desk staff did a great job by welcoming us and provide the information about the room and cleaning schedule.
Very comfortable, nice friendly staff. Centrally located for Old Melbourne, Melbourne Mall, Restaurants and the Causeway to the beaches. We booked through Bookings.com as their rate was 20.00 per night cheaper. No pre- payment, paid at the hotel. It's a Hilton so they maintain the Hilton Brand's high standards. Our room had 2 Queen beds, they were comfortable, plenty of pillows, large TV and the Hotel has 3 elevators so you really don't have to wait long on the elevator if (like us) you are on one of the higher floors. There is a bar in the lobby with a nice atmosphere. You can get dinner served there. There also is a very bright Breakfast Restaurant with a nice menu for Breakfast in the mornings. Enjoyed our stay and have made a reservation for our next visit to Melbourne Florida in early April 2021 already. No hesitation in recommending this property if you are looking for a very good reasonably priced hotel.
Very clean establishment and very friendly and welcoming staff. Our room has a seal on it after it was disnfected prior to our arrival. Which in these times is very reassuring. I appreciate that they are doing everything they can to keep their guests safe and comfortable. I will definitely come back for my next visit to Melbourne. Absolutely amazed with everything
Nice lobby and bar. Good amenities. Friendly staff. My room on the 3rd floor was clean but ready for an update. Bathroom exhaust fan didn't work and steam had obviously taken its toll on the hardware in that room. Carpeting in bedroom was coming up from floor in a few places. Overall, a pleasant stay for the price point.
