Hilton expectations met once again. Beautiful beaches and a well maintained property. What more can you ask for?

We were very excited to stay at this location as it was a Hilton and right on the oceanfront, however, our expectations fell quite short. There were stains on the linens, remote control was disgustingly dirty and guests were not required to wear face masks during a pandemic even though there were signs posted that they were in fact required. This was not enforced, even for guests going up to the counter in the lobby- complete disregard to keep guests or staff members safe. At the pool, there is no where to eat "outside food" unless you hide your contents in a cooler of sorts but the hotel does not offer a place for families to eat outside, only your guest room. My family was targeted as we openly had food at our chairs and did not attempt to hide it. Overall, as a Hilton Honors Member, I was completely dissatisfied with my stay at this location.
Overall I would say this hotel is average at best. The Staff was very nice but the amenities were lacking. There were only enough chairs at the pool for 1/10 the amount of rooms (not guests) so unless you hawk a chair by 8am you have to spend 54/ 4 hours for a cabana and there are only 4. The restaurants were limited service. The rooms need a refresh for sure. I would say there are much better hotels for the money within 15-30 min if you are not tied to Melbourne
1st and foremost I would have thought with this being a Hilton that it would have been different than it was The rooms were nice but I don't understand why you don't have a microwave in them. You're atrium area not sure about that you had As soon as you walk in the doors The seating there was a little curved sofa and 2chairs. The parking we were charged for 2 days and check in is ,4 and check out is 11am that's less than 24 hours. But we were charged ,, for 2 days.. The breakfast.. The prices were absolutely outrageous...4/,,for 2 eggs. Toast 4 I always thought Hilton hotels were to be a luxurious hotels. Come to find out your place is no better than an average hotel. I've learned my lesson...thank you
This is my favorite hotel to stay in within the Brevard County area. Hilton is a great hotel anywhere, but this particular location will always hold a special place in my heart due to the willingness of the staff to always go above and beyond for their guests. The rooms are amazing and I always get a room overlooking the ocean. I can't praise this specific Hilton enough and it's among my favorite hotels worldwide!
Just stayed one night on 3/14/21. Everyone who worked there was extremely friendly. Signs in lobby and on elevator entrances were obvious that masks should be worn and number of people on elevators should be limited but thats where it ended. People walked through lobby UNMASKED as if there was no Pandemic. Breakfast was a buffet served INDOORS ONLY. When we asked if we could take some food back to our room we were politely told no. This was the last night of our 5 day trip at 5 different Hotels and Hilton was the ONLY HOTEL we did not feel SAFE at
My sister took me here from a Friday-Sunday for a belated birthday gift. We had the most perfect beach weather and our oceanfront room and view was amazing! The service at the front desk was wonderful as was the beach staff, & our bartender & food runner at the Atlantic Blue Beach Bar. Even when we went for coffee in the morning, the host at Ocean Grill seemed happy to see us! Location was close to a lot of restaurants, stores, and downtown Melbourne also. I loved the added touch of the “sealed” door upon arrival to our room, the remote was also sanitized in a sealed bag, and the beds were super comfortable! The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive from our room to the lobby, public bathrooms, and the gym.
The view was spectacular! And the sound of crashing waves from my room made me wanna not get outta bed. We slept with the balcony door open. Nice hotel
