Stayed here one night and it was about as good as one could ask for given the price. Everything was clean and the staff was courteous. I would like to thank front desk for letting me check-in early.

Sabrina, the desk clerk was amazing and was very professional and very positive but that was basically the end of my positive experience. This place allows pets and apparently can't or are unwilling to do anything about people who let their dog bark from 11pm to 5am. I got no sleep. I am now avoiding Holiday Inns. I was asked how my night was but was not offered any discount, just given a sorry. For what I paid, I was kind of upset about that. The bed was also not cleaned because my girlfriend found flakes of tobacco or something under the sheet.
This is a very nice hotel. Decided to stay here before departing for a cruise vacation and I'm glad we did. This location was not the closest but was very convenient for our needs. The location was near to Walmart for our last minute pickups and a lot of eateries to choose from. Rooms were nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. We were definitely happy with our stay. I only gave a 4 star as the front desk representative could have been friendlier.
The hotel was very nice. The associates at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful.
Stayed here for two nights. Rate agreed upon was 99 per night. After I checked in the overnight person charged my card a certain amount and then after checking out I was charged again for the full amount. So of course I called and was told it was some authorization to make sure the funds were there. Supposed to credit that amount back. Will be watching my account very closely. Also the room smelled and was damp upon entering. The carpet felt damp. Couldn’t use the coffee pot because when we opened the Keurig the last used cup was still in there.
I wasn't sure because I have not stayed at a lot of Holiday Inns but I was pleasantly surprised. Amazing staff!!! A super clean hotel that is very comfortable and quiet even though it was busy. A nice quiet room with a great bed, shower with firm pressure, super clean and relaxing. I loved that it had a restaurant so I did not have to leave. The burger was ok but not as great as others thought. .. but I have eaten at more places than most. The broccoli was good. The presentation was nice and they were quick to get my food to me but my bottom bun got soggy which is annoying. The pantry had nice sweets to savor after dinner. They had a pool and a gym but I did not have time to see them. It was a quick stay. I will say, I would come back here and I hope to do so... soon! The staff made it. Tia made my visit .. she was funny and entertaining... great person to talk to!
Checking in late to go find a room with no conditioner, soap, etc. One bottle of shampoo on the counter. Lightbulb out in first light I tried to turn on. Curtains don't close to block out parking lot lights. We can get over that. Go down for last minute dinner, Eric ROCKS. Even with a leg injury and a complaining table to deal with, he was awesome. Get up in the morning (after getting soap from the front desk to shower) head out, come back in the early afternoon to find the water off in the entire hotel. No notice, no call or text, nothing. It is an emergency, we can deal with it. Go to our room that no one has cleaned, we have no new towels for two more days. From desk just shrugs, we check out and headed to a new hotel. Do not reccommend. Find a nicer place. This spot is dated, grossly in need of a deep clean, and better staffing and communication.
