Very clean and new. Parking garage is attached to hotel for convenience. Rooftop bar is classy and fun, but very high prices. We paid 25 for two drinks. Minimal breakfast is included. Very easy access to downtown Melbourne, you can walk anywhere. Rooms are a good size with plenty of space and large showers. The beds are incredibly firm. The a/c vent is right next to the bed and is very loud every time it kicks off. We had a hard time staying asleep between the noise and the firm mattress, but it the a/c works well and keeps the room cool from the Florida heat. Ceilings looked unfinished like a parking garage, might have been the aesthetic, but seemed out of place. Room comes with a fridge and coffee maker, but no microwave. The view from the room is awesome, you can see all the way out to the water. Recommend staying if you want to experience downtown Melbourne, but not if you are looking for more bang for your buck.

Great new Hotel. Amenities very nice. No pool but roof top restaurant area is great. Some roof top areas with no shading could use tarp for shading on summer days to be cooler. Otherwise, very nice place!

I came here for the first time today to enjoy bottomless mimosas, I had a phenomenal time with Jackson, Cara and Brenda! They were so much fun and they took such great care of my party. The amount of energy and great service we received was great!

Fair disclosure, my wonderful daughter Christina works here. Before that ever happened, when the construction of the new hotel was announced, I wanted to stay there on opening day if I could. In the interim, maybe a month prior to opening, Christina hired on. We stayed Thursday night. We had a king corner room that overlooked the causeway and river, great views. We were on 8, way up in the air for our very flat area. Gorgeous new, modern, room. Responsive front desk. Easy parking in the building. We had a lovely evening up on 11 at The Landing Rooftop, great dinner and drinks, unbelievable view.

We made reservations for a table up at the rooftop bar. While waiting for the table to be ready, me and a group of friends ordered drinks. Upon handing my ID to the bartender, a dark haired mid 20’s/early 30s woman, she commented how quick I was to hand it over (duh, I’m ordering a drink and I know I look young so I’m used to it) then she looked at it, looked at me and stated “I don’t believe you, but okay I’ll take it.” (I was a bit confused as I am actually almost 25 and that was the most valid ID I owned) so said “what?” Because I couldn’t tell if she was joking or not. She replied in a very rude tone “whaaaaat?” As if she were mocking me about the validity of my ID. I brushed it off because I really didn’t think she were being serious. When I got my drink I sat down at our table and the drink tasted like juice. Straight up juice (I ordered what the call a painkiller) so I had my friend (a girl two years younger than me) go up and order the same drink. Lo and behold, this drink tasted like straight up alcohol. The bartender accused me of having a fake ID, mocked me when I was genuinely confused then continued to serve me a non alcoholic drink for the same price as the alcoholic one. If that wasn’t bad enough, every single table around us was served/greeted and our table didn’t have a single person come up to us for orders. They did, however, approach us on numerous occasions asking if we were going to fill the seats because apparently there weren’t enough of us and others were waiting. Mind you, we reserved this table and we’re waiting on friends to arrive and/or go to the bathroom. The service was absolutely terrible and the bartenders were rude and sarcastic. I do not recommend. I am extremely also offended I was not served alcohol... not to mention they served my IDENTICAL twin sister alcohol but not me. That woman should be ashamed of herself along with the entirety of the wait staff at this hotel bar.

The outer view is very nice. The hotel has no microwave and no pool. The restaurant is nice if as a guest you can dine there. The wait for service is very long. The view from the rooftop restaurant is very nice. Breakfast menu is great. Dinner needs alot more options. The hotel is very clean and friendly customer service. I am not a fan of the unpainted ceiling and Columns in the rooms. Makes it look like an unfinished hotel job. Also if you are a light sleeper you will hear train that passes if you stay on the north east or the eastern part of the hotel. Overall this is a new hotel and the stay was good. It can be way way better.

Newest hotel in Downtown Melbourne with a modern contemporary flair. Stayed during the Soft-opening. Staff needs more training as no instructions were given on parking registration or check out procedures. Roof top bar/lounge has a Miami feel with an upscale flair. Unfortunately was told outside seating was booked through the end of 2021. The conch fritter appetizer with remoulade sauce was excellent. Staffing shortage on Mother's Day at the rooftop bar was disappointing. No wait staff around to order any brunch or drinks. No microwave in the hotel room. Spacious shower, VERY firm beds. Overall satisfactory. Would return when it is officially open. This hotel has major potential!
