The doctor and all of his staff are great. They really take care of you here. This is definitely a 5 star Dermatologist Office. They take the time and explain everything they are going to do. I am extremely happy. They are very professional and thorough. I do not normally write reviews, but this Doctor's Office is the best.

Dr. Sumeet Thareja is not on a great doctor he’s an incredible guy. Very thorough. Very methodical. He & his team are professional & made me feel like family from the start. I fvery fortunate to have found him... and when I did as well. He’s also a great sport! Thanks much for getting all the skin cancer off of my face!

Beware of the billing bait and switch. I was informed of the price for service and what my copay was going to be for each visit. After 10 visits, I was informed that I owed them as much as had already been collected through me and my insurance. Prices effectively doubled without notification. The billing department refused to listen to me even after showing them proof of the agreed upon price and sent me to collections in February. They even called me last month to see if I wanted to schedule any more appointments with them. There are better options in Melbourne.

Staff is not the least bit conscientious or considerate. The Dr. tried to collect 550. upfront on top of my specialist co pay of 75 that was not due to him. I knew this was wrong but no one would take 1 minute to call my insurance to confirm. My insurance contacted the office the next day to inform them of their wrong doings and they had lame excuses for not doing their job. I think this office needs to be investigated. The office manager literally told me the Dr has the right to charge whatever he chooses despite his contracted agreement with your insurance company. You would think someone from the office would have called to apologize for the way they treated myself and my husband but they did not. Good thing I can share this experience with others so that this doesn't happen to someone else.
