I was very disappointed in my stay at La Quinta Inn. When traveling I normally stay at Best Western or Holiday Inn Express, but I stayed at La Quinta for one night because it was one of the lower costs in the area. Within my first couple minutes of walking in I was given a bad impression when the gentleman was less than friendly and made it seem like I was inconveniencing him. The bathroom was unclean and just gross. The missing shower liner causes water to get all over the floor and poor ventilation causes moisture to build up in the room so much that there's mold growing above the bathroom door. I also didn't have normal size towels in the room so I had to track someone down before I could shower. The free breakfast was average, but the unhappy workers cleaning and refilling things in the area made it uncomfortable to be around. They were in the way and never said excuse me or sorry or anything, just did their required work then moved on. On my way to check out I had to take a detour because the bathroom by the lobby was out of order and my son decided last minute that he had to use the potty. There was nobody at the front desk when I was checking out at 11am, just a sign saying they were busy assisting another customer (someone else eventually came and helped me). All in all, I was disappointed and next time I'd be willing to pay more to stay somewhere cleaner and with friendlier staff.

My family came for vacation, we booked 2 rooms. The staff when we got there to check in was very kind and they fixed it to where our rooms were right beside one another. Due to covid, the breakfast is in pre-packed brown bags so you can grab it and go. All of the housekeeping staff was attentive to our needs and if we happened to walk by them they would ask us how our stay has been, if we needed anything. And honestly: you just can't beat the price for the location. You sleep here and shower here, but then everything thing else is just a hop and a skip away so you can go enjoy your vacation

Seriously, this hotel would have to get better to just be bad. Almost every review here says the place smells awful and needs new carpet. That ain't all it needs. The first room that I was assigned had a tv that didn't work (see attached photo). When I called the front desk to ask about this, I was asked if the wires were connected. I don't think the guy liked my response that "I'm not here to be tech support for your televisions." It's true. When I rent a hotel room, I don't need much. I need a comfortable bed, a hot shower, a television that works, and an internet connection, since this is, you know, the 21st century. Not only did the tv not work, but see the picture for how well the internet connection worked. The gentleman working the front desk had to switch my room, which necessitated me packing up all my stuff and coming down to the front desk to retrieve my new key....because the front desk clerk was the only person working in the hotel. Quality customer service there. When I got into my new room, guess how well the tv worked. When I reported that, the same front desk clerk told me that it must be a cable service issue, and not a television issue. That prompted us to turn on the TV in the dining area....only to find that....guess what? It worked. Yup, must be a cable service issue. There was also no conveniently located electrical outlets in the room. Again, this is 2020, and while the hotel may have been built in the 1970s (it definitely has that feel), these things need to be updated to accommodate modern guests that need to charge devices. The next time I'm in the area, if I had to choose between booking this hotel or staying in a refrigerator box under a highway overpass, I'll probably just take the refrigerator box.

Stay here was not terrible, very friendly staff, beds not as comfortable as Hampton Inn (they have the best beds of any hotel chain!) Because we got a military discount the price was reasonably fair 107 with tax. The regular price would have been too much. Although this LA Quinta Inn is owned by Wyndham Resorts, I'd rate the overall quality of this hotel about the same as a motel 6.

Great for the money and clean , front desk lady was super nice, the bed is very comfortable. I have tons of orthopedic issues and usually can't walk without pain and I woke up pain free! Overall, we were very pleased and would come back here again.

Was the constant subwoofer noise all night there was sewage backup smell all through the building and we were told that they only had 3 rooms so the region and the pricing with higher due to low availability on occupancy... So they virtually price gouging because they knew they had only 3 rooms... I stayed at this place 3 weeks prior nice quiet stay I don't know what's happened in the past month but I take it need to turn around
