Lovely retirement neighborhood. Quite expensive for fixed income but there are a lot of fun functions and gaming areas for everybody, ex. Shuffleboard, pool tables, card games, pottery classes.

Quiet area but nain road to area is heavy traffic and no sidewalks or safe walking outside of the acual site.

This seems like a nice quiet place. We went there to look at a manufactured home for sale we didn't buy it, we ended up renting a house in Merritt island

My ignorance of how the park operates and rules to be allowed to do business and rent a space were definitely a handicap to even try to rent a space. I honestly felt like I would have had a better day not calling to try to rent a space. I did not have any intentions or even state any intentions to break the rules but I kind of felt like that after speaking with two different people. I hope they figure that out for the next person like me that calls them up. All good. Little bit condescending but I am sure I could be wrong.

Apparently they don't care about potential customers, because you can't get anyone to explain their reasoning as to who they will rent to and who they won't.
