The maintenance crew is very helpful and accommodating but the new management does not care about the residents or their belongings on their property. Any complaint of property damage or stolen property gets brushed off and you’re basically SOL and just need to deal with it, because “there are no cameras” (per management). Also, the property smells like feces 95% of the time. Poor quality, but rent goes up every year.... make it make sense.

Stayed here for a weekend getaway in the furnished guest suite they have here. Such a beautiful community and great area. So close to the beach, movie theaters, and great restaurants.

Awesome place to live in Melbourne.. Hands down. Close to everything! Friendly staff, maintenance crew is awesome on getting the work orders finished. Great for a family living or Corporate level living!! I have been here for 3 years and still counting!!

Been living here for about 2 months and it's been fantastic so far! In terms of amenities, the pool is a little small, but it's fine, especially when the beach is so close anyway and the fitness center is great, so that more than makes up for it. The office staff are very friendly and do a great job engaging the community, keeping us informed, and putting on parties, events, etc. The pricing is more than fair, especially for what you get. Valet trash is actually quite helpful! I'll update this review as time passes, but for now it's great and I don't expect that to change.
