absolutely aweful service, the staff treats you like your an addict, and will take you as a patient even if your pain is acute and the doctor is only qualified to treat chronic pain, but they will take you as a patient and not tell you this fact until youve already spent the money, furthermore they make you call around town to see where they can fill the specialised medicine because its normally not carried by pharmacys, but they dont tell you this either, and they wont switch it to common tablets untill youve spent more money with them, this office and the entire staff should be put out of business, absolutely rediculous

I absolutely love Dr. Patel. The staff is awesome and he is a miracle worker. I have had two failed back surgeries, epidural shots by the dozen, physical therapy, and on every medicine known to man and still in horrible pain. Moved from Boca Raton to here and went to see Dr. Patel. He put me on new medicine and gave me the epidural shots. I had really given up on ever just being out of horrible pain. Dr. Patel has done what 3 other back surgeons and numerous other doctors couldn’t do. I still have some pain but nothing compare to what I had before. He is God sent ️️

Absolute worst experience with doctor Does not look at chart - tells you, you don’t look in pain. Awful bedside manner, rude and lazy. He Makes the entire health first organization and Holmes regional medical center look bad. Everyone else encountered in this hospital right down to housekeeping and valets were amazing.

Very disorganized office as far as scheduling and so forth. They rarely answer the phone in the afternoon. Apparently, they leave early.
