Great housing option at Florida Tech. Two floors, elevator. Multiple community spaces. Fabulous staff. Good parking of cars and bikes. Direct access to northbound Babcock. 1 block to on campus. Near NEIGHBORHOOD Walmart (food store).
I enjoyed this place as a university dorm option. My favourite place to live on campus. Good AC, abundant space in the rooms, neatly painted walls. Across the road from the college dining hall and Harris dorms.
Great dorm. Best one there. But quite expensive. Also one of the only dorms without a generator is hurricane season and no way to cross the road.
