General Thoughts: Melbourne Square Mall has been a staple of Brevard for as long as I've been alive, and I've enjoyed it for just as long. It has quite a large collection of great stores worth going for and the food court has always been a favorite, offering a good variety of options depending on what you're in the mood for. From clothes and shoes, to pets or pretzels, you can find just about anything you're looking for here. Covid-19 Considerations: The mall is clean, sanitary, and practices many Covid-19 safety measures, which vary from store to store (many of which may be currently closed due to Covid). Delivery Driver tips: If you deliver for Door Dash, prepare for a longer than average wait time for several of the restaurants in the food court, as all food is cooked to order, and several of the franchises (like Chick-fil-A) stay extremely busy and always have long lines. As they're often very busy, you could wait for a bit to come up in the queue. So be patient and communicate with your customer. I'm summation: Melbourne Square Mall is awesome! That is all.

Easy access to most stores from the outside of the mall-whether by direct entrance or a mall entrance. Well-lit parting lots and security patrols on duty helps you feel safe when running an errand after dark. The Melbourne Square Mall is like a little big mall with both big department stores and smaller retail shops, restaurants and beverage options, too. You can also find a number of restaurants in the parking lot. Folks are small-town friendly and still professional. Mall is also pretty convenient located between I95 and US1 on 192. Nice place to shop with a mission, window shop in retail therapy, or to meet a friend for a café break.

Y’all need to start going back to closing at 9pm instead of 7 this early closing because of covid is getting really old now. Like covid is really there to stay there past 7 and take over the late night. We’re over it. Please go back to the old closing time! It’s also hard on the people who work there and lose hours. Forget how good the mall is, it’s time to back to regular hours right now.

The mall itself is beautiful. Very small and cute Mall. I do door Dash so I'm in and out of there a lot picking up food for customers. There is a heavy set security guard that should not be working here. Around Christmas time entering the mall there is a man just minding his own business and this guy was harassing him. The man was homeless but he was minding his own business and the security guard literally went up to him and harassed him for no reason. I literally went home that night and even said something to my wife. Now sitting in the parking lot tonight in January delivering food remind me it is 8 p.m. in the parking lot has tons of cars in it the security guard approaches my car a man that I was talking about that harass the other people. Minding my own business around other cars comes up to me and asked me who I am and what I work for. The security guard then asked me which delivery company I work for and I said door – and the guy was looking for proof. Does this guy think he is a police officer? It is not right to harass people like this.

Worst mall I've ever been in. No patrons no stores no business. Don't know how they are not bankrupt. Guess the rent is as low budget as the mall. Good luck to them. Hope they survive every town needs a shopping mall. Can't say I won't be back but not much to motivate me to return.
