Theresa and Gerald have been the support one would never expect... the highest and best customer service! Even when my schedule caused me to miss appointments Theresa was merciful and worked with me to improve my hearing. Oh I didn’t say the hearing aids I originally purchased are my backup pair, I purchased another set from a company I won’t mention, but they have provided the best care. The technology is always improving and I know I am a customer for life!

Best place! People are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, up on the latest hearing science and share their knowledge with you! They communicate with you on a regular basis to make sure all is well. They almost care more about your hearing than you! I wish we would have known about Miracle Ear when my Mother was alive. They would have helped her tremendously!
