So grateful to Anthony Gioia for all of his hard work and dedication in helping his customers get into their homes. Through the process he was patient and informative, and worked tirelessly through a hard case, even answering phone calls and texts outside of office hours. Just when the closing period was about over and it was not looking great in our favor, Anthony used his years of expertise to find us a way, even saving us more in closing costs in the end. Anthony Gioia is not only an amazing and compassionate person, he’s extremely knowledgeable and professional in all he does. From start to finish, he took his time to explain the process and get us to exactly where we needed to be from interest rate to down payment to monthly budget requirements. He was kind and patient. He knew this was our first time going through this process and he wanted to make sure we knew exactly what was going on and were comfortable throughout the entire deal. Not only did he do his due diligence as our loan officer, he also dealt with our realtor and close friend who was the mentee to the realtor (as this was her first home sale), making sure she was constantly informed of the whole process as well even though she was merely an on-looker for this first deal. We cannot thank Anthony enough for all that he did in making our dream come true purchasing forever home.
