We placed a 3-week hold on our mail, via USPS.com and received a confirmation email. However, our mail was NEVER held. This is not the first time we have had an issue with this service. In addition, we were once delivered held mail for an address several blocks away. Oftentimes, our mail is delivered at an address down the street. Due to these reasons, I can understand why so many have lost faith in the USPS.
