After searching around for. 992s for a couple of months and getting a pretty frosty reception from another dealer I thought I’d pay a visit to Melbourne to see a car that caught my eye. My SA Chris took incredibly good care of me. Obviously in this kind of setting it’s no surprise that we are all car guys but sharing stories and such as we did our business made it enjoyable. We reached our deal rather quickly and within 45 minutes Simon had my papers done. I would gladly buy from Porsche of Melbourne again and even told Chris I’d be happy to bring the car in for service from Orlando as I know that’s important too. Thanks Chris for for putting me in a dream car. Maybe A gt3 next. (In a few years).

I live in NYC and was looking for a nice 2018 Panamera 4S CPO for my wife. Found the perfect vehicle at Porsche of Melbourne. Hayley Lim was the salesperson that assisted me each step of the way. Given that it was a remote purchase of a used car, naturally I had many... many questions. Hayley was exceptional and very professional throughout and she addressed every concern I had. I am a difficult person to satisfy because I am very detail oriented. She took the time to explain and sent videos of the car so I could inspect it remotely. After dealing with Hayley, I was confident that I was making the right choice and closed the deal. It's been a few days after purchase, no buyers remorse at all and Hayley has continued to make herself available to assist and answer questions I have. My wife is happy, my life is happy.
