First time here and the staff was extremely helpful. Every question was answered. And they recommended starting off with a 20 mod vs something more expensive. A good salesman will do that vs a salesman trying to sale us the more expensive mod to make more sales.

Pure Electronic Cigarette Store and the products are the absolute best e-cigarettes I have found in the several years I have smoked them. The staff is amazing and always helps me with whatever issue I encounter which is usually my fault from forgetting to clean the filters, etc. Ryan, who is gone always gave me the best service and now Chris is my great customer service associate. I took in a battery I thought was dead last week expecting to have to purchase another and happy to do so as it was very old and Chris just cleaned it out for me and it worked like a brand new battery! The products and vapors are the highest quality and the batteries last forever and the kind I smoked before, I had to buy an entire new kit every several months. I don't have to do this at all with Pure. I always get suggestions to help me, not to push me into purchasing something when it can be fixed and I find the staff to have the highest integrity when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. I love going to this store as everyone is always very friendly and treats me very well. 5 Stars to the store, the employees and all the products!
Taylor was so helpful and knowledgeable. She knew everything about vapes, Juices etc. she was so friendly and made the experience a success. I bought a good vape and she showed me everything about it. I absolutely love it. Her customer service skills were beyond amazing.
I don’t make it down here much anymore. Had another vape shop open in Suntree that is of the same caliber of this place and I’m closer to Suntree. When this Pure first opened years ago in the Publix plaza they were the people to get me switch from a pack of 305’s day. I won’t mention the other place but if your looking for the best vape shops in Brevard it’s definitely Pure’s shops and another business in Suntree. All other vape shops around here cant match up or are more of like head shops or not exclusively focused on just vaping.
The staff is excellent! They are very knowledgeable, friendly, fun, great seller's, etc! They handle any issue that comes up to the best of their ability, and I haven't left unhappy once. I am always satisfied with everything. This store is awesome. My favorite flavor right now is Django's Bounty! Thanks for being so great. :) I'd recommend this place to anyone.
Just wanted to let the team of Pure Cigs that they have a wonderful product. I have been a smoker for many years and have tried to quit quite a few times. Then about a year ago I walked into your store. After speaking with the sales rep who by the way took his time and walked me though the whole process with patience I knew this was for me. In that time I have tried a cigarette from time to time and I realize I AM NOT A SMOKER ANYMORE!!! Its gross!!!I prefer to vapor!! Thank you Pure I tell everyone about this product
Amazing. This is my go to store. I bounce from this store and the other on new haven. But I don't go anywhere else. I'm loving my new mechanical mod and nautilus tank. Never experience vaping like this until I met these guys. Keep up the great work and hopefully you open a store in palm bay. I love the lounge area allowing me to relax and try new flavors. Great knowledgeable staff who always answer my questions whether on the phone or in person. Its nice to actually have a store where they dedicate their time to you, the customer. As long as its stays that way you have this customer for life.
