I was having a transmission problem with my Camaro SS. I had made several trips to two other repair shops (including the Chevrolet dealer) and no one could tell me what was wrong. These guys seemed to understand the problem as I was describing it to them, and after getting it into their shop they had it figured out, and the car is now performing as well as ever. I am much grateful for their technical ability. I highly recommend Richmond Transmission to everyone, especially anyone interested in high performance.

Richmond made it hands free when it came to may car. I am very happy I found them. When all the other shop said they couldnt do what I wanted Richmond was able too. THANKS!
Horrible customer service and some of the rudest people I have met in quite awhile. Complete runaround from one staff person to another. Can't locate an order ...can't tell me anything cause it's Friday...or Saturday... ridiculous. As a business owner myself I'd never dare try to treat paying customers this way. Hope they don't represent Florida as a whole...here in Colorado were much friendlier.
The most reliable, open and trustworthy transmission shop out there. Great warranty that is nationwide. Frank and his wife are great. If you need your transmission done, spend the extra dollar and do it here. I’m telling you it is worth it.
Richmond was the only transmission shop that was able to rebuild mine correctly the first time!! I have been to about 4 different shops and they all said they could do it but never did. Frank and his crew did a great job for me, he will forever have my business!
