I ordered 9 blue guns on the 8th of October. They finally shipped them on the 17th of October. They were shipped to the wrong address and USPS returned the package to them on the 22nd October. On the 20th of October when I found out a shipping error had occurred, I emailed John Rings, who replied and assured me the package would be shipped out ASAP when it was received. They were shipped out to the wrong address again. On 28th October, after all the screw ups, John Rings (VP) went out of his way and tried to make things right by remaking and reshipping all blue guns ordered in one day. In the end, his package ended up making it to me 2 days before the original package..... which I sent back.... .... This entire order could almost be a slapstick comedy of errors, but I give credit to John Rings for trying to straighten it out as best he could after the fact. In the end, I have what I ordered and the blue guns are very good quality.
