Excellent & quick services. Back window replaced. Affordable. Coffee/tea facilities, bathroom with TV. Friendly staff. They have a small waiting area. Due to covid-19 it can only seat up to 6 people, I suggest to drop off your vehicle then pick up later.

Esteban was great he saved a squirrel from my roof. It was almost eaten by a bird! You should have seen him shimmy up that ladder. Great service!
So far so good! Joshua was on time, courteous and quick. He wore a mask and maintained his distance while still keeping me informed. Offered additional services but wasn't pushy. Great visit and my windshield is fixed!!!
Terrible customer service. Safelite replaced windshield via insurance company then sold spouse wiper package with warranty. Safelite would not replace poor quality, overpriced, wiper blades under their warranty after they wore out in only 4 months. Numerous excuses why the tech or store wouldn't replace them. Drove 45 minutes to the shop only to be told their "system was down" and wouldn't install wipers. Asked for a full refund and now getting run around. Store manager is rude, unhelpful, and full of excuses. Filed a complaint with BBB, Insurance company, and local news outlet for warranty scam. Wasted time and money on these overpriced wipers.
My windsheild had to be replaced due to a huge crack. My insurance company made the appointment for me and pre- warned me it would be about 3 hours to complete the process. I go to drop the truck off and I'm greeted by Don (as he saw me get out of my truck and knew I had an appointment). He informed me it would be about 1.5 hours. To say the least I was already a little happier at that time. I came back a little earlier. I was greeted by Don again and informed on the timing left for my truck. When he went to give me the key he also informed me he had vacuumed my truck (totally unexpected). I did have one small request for him (for the stickers that were on the windshield) and he went above and beyond with that as well. Would highly recommend this shop! Hopefully I will not need to return, but if I do I'll ask for Don!
I had a warranty repair with my 2017 Honda Civic as there was an issue with the molding on a previous install. The whole process was very easy, making a claim through my insurance, scheduling an installation at my home, left the car outside and it was fixed in a couple hours Thiago did an awesome job fixing the issue, the molding looks as good as new. I would highly recommend this place, ask for Thiago to repair your windshield, he's an expert installer!
Excellent service attentive technicians our experience was 5 very knowledgeable and so helpful and polite.
They did an amazing job fixing the windshield and then reattaching our stuff on it they even added new sticky things to make sure things stayed stuck. The parking lot isn't the most convenient but it's really easy to get to. The staff is very polite and helpful.
