I came home to a flood in my home, called ServPro and they came immediately to remove the water from 4 rooms in my home and set fans to dry the rooms. I was very impressed with their speed and knowledge about everything they did. They worked well as a team, friendly and polite. Th flooring had to be replaced and the rooms needed a lot of restoration due to the damage. The office staff and work teams were great to work with; Michelle, Susan, Karen, Brandon, Alex, Chris, George and especially Dave and Tyler. I am very very satisfied with their work and my home looks great! I will definitely recommend ServPro to all I know. Thank you all for your great work, kindness, and tolerating me in my anxiousness.

Our maintenance worker discovered an extensive water and mold issue in one of our vacant condo units caused by a slab leak. Our property manager got a quote from SERV PRO and our board unanimously chose to move forward with them. Our new board President and Vice President sat down with Bill McCauley and Jenn Echevarria and reviewed the assessment and estimate. They made us feel comfortable and patiently educated us on the process. Jenn was our point person and we communicated with her frequently, as she kept us informed daily on what to expect. She provided us with documents, testing and immediate resources that helped us resolve every obstacle we faced. All of the sudden a GIGANTIC dumpster and numerous (large and small) green SERV PRO Trucks and Vans arrived on site. Most communities would have freaked out but our residents were well informed and saw TRUE professionals at work every day, for WEEKS! Alexis Delgado (Crew Chief ) and his crew, Sandro Zarzuela, Josue Fernado, Diego Materon and Victor Perez Parrillo (and more) were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! They were calm, informative, kind, courteous and true gentlemen. What a great team! They worked so hard in the July heat, removing all of the mold covered contents, furniture, flooring, drywall, doors, cabinets etc. They meticulously cleaned, sanded, caulked, painted the studs, preparing the unit for a custom makeover by the soon to be new owners. We not only resolved a problem with ease, but we made new neighbors and friends. Last but not least, Andrea MaCarthy, the Marketing Manager is a valuable asset to our community. She has a wealth of knowledge and resources to help prepare for any emergency. Everyone should call her and utilize the free tools SERV PRO provides, you never know when you need to call in the experts. I can't say enough about SERV PRO of South Brevard, nor are their enough stars to represent the professionalism and kindness given to our little community by these amazing human beings. Thank You!
I recently just started working here with this establishment. The team I work with did fire restoration after that we did water mitigation. This is a great company to work for and to have your properties evaluated and then repaired.
Horrible Customer treatment! We’ve dealt With Sean in the initial water damage clean up stage On 2 occasions, he was wonderful , always professional. THAT IS WHERE THE PROFESSIONALISM STOPS . I was told that Craig from mitigation would be accessing our property last week and giving us a quote for reconstruction this 2nd time , never heard from him. Today I called , Craig tells me that because I didn’t use Servpro on our last claim that he wants to charge me to now give me an estimate. He actually inferred that I was a liar , saying I did not let Servpro know I was using another contractor on our last reconstruction. Which I specifically did, I spoke to Susan there multiple times. He was rude and condescending on the phone to me today and I will never do business with them again Because of one Employee, Craig. My husband and I started a very successful Financial Company 30 years ago and I can’t even imagine talking to a client the way he spoke to me. Clearly they think they have a monopoly on the restoration/reconstruction business in Brevard County. USE ANOTHER COMPANY ..... UPDATE REVIEW ON OCT 5..... After my initial interaction and subsequent review of this company, A manager , Chris B, reached out and has done a great job of winning back our business. We contracted with them to complete the restoration of our home and they did a high quality job. I credit Chris with handling us professionally and making us want to give them a second chance, we are very glad we did.
We unexpectedly found old water damage inside a wall while doing renovation. Servpro of South Brevard promptly came out, sealed off the room and started an air cleaner. Gavin with Servpro explained the whole process. His team was very professional- they had the old drywall removed and new drywall installed in a very short time frame. Thank you Servpro!
