My salesman Derek is great. Always provides accurate quotes and makes my life easier. The lady at the front desk is a sweetheart. I think her name is Alice. I can never remember. However, dont be in a hurry when you go to pick up in the yard. Their process sucks and if you are there for an hour that was a short wait. Management needs to spend sometime going over their process and make some adjustments. I have expressed my concerns before but it always falls on deaf ears. Like I said though my salesman is awesome. Derek should be running the place.

I would stay away from them, as mentioned in other comments it will take a long time for Pete Ninesling to get back to you even if he does. Once I finally got my order prepared he declined to even fulfill it for no reason. I could provide all documents required by Florida law to be considered wholesale. Perhaps there is more to why he declined to do business with me.

I’m here again today always waiting for materials. Years ago I would call my order in and it would be ready. The new policy is they don’t pull the materials or cut any pipe till you show up! Twenty years in business and I have never not picked up an order! Time is money and I spend a lot of time waiting. The people are great but the policy stinks.
