This room will be sufficient for my stay of 3 days I just checked in as of this post so I'm not sure what to expect over the next two days for the value it's probably fine

stayed at this place in 2015, it was extremely dirty and the air condition was so loud we could not sleep properly. but it was also hot so we needed it. overall the place seemed sketchy, i was kind of scared

I can hear every. single. step. From the room above me. Everything. From moving stuff, to walking, to any sort of movement. It’s is the most annoying and cheap room I’ve ever been in. Not worth the 20 bucks a night you’ll save.

This location has been a favorite for years! The rooms are clean & sufficient. I highly recommend downloading the Choice Privileges app to book and earn points! I can admit that I am very disappointed with them in a way because of all the unregistered guests that are allowed to hang around the hotel and that makes me feel uneasy & Not Safe!

Front desk staff pleasant, however a lot of homeless loitering around. Upon arrival airport and the melbourne police were present and actively looking for person or persons.
