Not sure if it was the manager. Went in the store and this lady greets me with a “what’s up?” I thought “what are we... teenagers”? Went in with the intention of buying 11 Maui Jim’s for my staff. Then said that if I tried on a pair that I’d have to place it for disinfecting in some other box. I then asked what if I just move it to see the price. Then with the most condescending way she responds “well, touching is touching....what do you think?” I simply grabbed my 2,200 and left.

They need to lose there lady manager if it was her we encountered today 3/23. The male in the there was extremely nice but her attitude toward my husband and I was not okay. She talked down to me like I wasn’t able to afford anything. She is toxic to that company. I turned right around and walked out because I did not appreciate her attitude. She needs to learn how to treat people.

My husband purchased sunglasses and because the receipt didn’t print the store manager claimed she had to run the charge again. First he called the bank and they said it was pending but she insisted it had to be run again in order to complete the purchase. Well the charge definitely went through twice and we are now disputing with bank. I called the store and a man answered and said when this happens they can not cancel or refund the charge and he would have store manager call me next day, which she never did.

Horrible service and rude staff working at this location. They don't accept returns claiming that glasses have a scratch.

I had a terrible experience with the manager at this location. I went in with the intent to exchange a pair of sunglasses I ordered through Sunglass hut and received defective. The manager would not exchange them for me because apparently it would be putting HER at loss as she would not be able to resell them. She would only take them back and I would have to pay an additional half price for a new pair. She sent me on my way and told me to email customer service. I called customer service and they informed me that my request was not an issue and that paying half the price was only part of the oops program. Since I received the glasses defective it was not my fault. I went back in and the manager refused to do anything for me. She was rude and argumentative. I left and called customer service again, to which another representative told me that there was no issue with my request. I had my receipt and all original packaging. Terrible service here.
