They opened up an hour early to accommodate me. The woman who helped me was very good at her job, she was kind, helpful and she gave me candy!
Ten Eight has been my FFL for several years now, and I have used them for dozens of transactions. Communication is always great, usually within a few minutes of when I write, if during business hours. They always treat me like a valued customer and their prices are very reasonable. I also trust them to keep my information confidential and they have never let me down. Very highly recommended.
As recommended I called ahead of time the day I was planning on going. A very sweet lady took care of me. When I was there the system went down right after she was done with the fingerprinting. I am glad they were patient enough to restart the computer and wait for a while until they got the system back because I really didn’t want to have to go back. After the system was back I was done in less than 5 minutes.
I’ve been working with Ten Eight for a few months now on a few projects and they’ve been terrific to work with. Debbie is super friendly and organized, pricing is very fair, highly recommend them.
They are great people to work with will use them again.
